Katrien De Moor

Katrien De Moor received her Master degree in Communication Sciences from Ghent University (Belgium) in 2005. Currently, she is involved in several projects as a junior researcher at the Research Group for Media & ICT (www.mict.be), affiliated to IBBT and Ghent University. In this capacity, she is also preparing a Ph.D on the role of user involvement and importance of Quality of Experience/user experience in ICT innovation and development processes.
