The opening reception will take place in the inner garden of the ‘Oud Sint Jan’ Conference Centre. All conference participants and registered accompanying persons are welcome at the reception where drinks and finger food will be served.

The Belfry (or Belfort) of Bruges is a medieval bell tower in the historical centre of the city. One of its most prominent symbols, the Belfry formerly housed the treasury and the municipal archives and served as an observation post for spotting fires and other danger. Guests of the Gala Evening will be welcomed by live music from the carillon in the tower of the Belfry. During dinner medieval entertainment will take everyone back in time.
