Freek Dijkstra received his M.Sc. in applied physics from the Utrecht University in 2002. He is researcher in System and Network Engineering group at the University of Amsterdam, and it currently finishing his Ph.D. thesis with the title "Modelling of Multi-Layer Transport Networks".
